Otoxa is a man living in a strange and unruly world. The sun has all but set on the age of civilization and supernatural forces grow strong in the shadows.

Were it not for a chance encounter with the Eye of the Universe -- a curious bauble of unknow origin -- Otoxa would be just as much at the mercy of fate as any other man. But the great knowledge and unusual powers granted by the Eye allow him to perform incredible feats and survive the most harrowing situations.

Unfortunately, the Eye is as much a curse as it is a gift. Otoxa is left questioning whether the Eye belongs to him or he belongs to the Eye, unsure if the thoughts in his head are his own.

And of course, where there is power, there are those who would do anything to have it. Otoxa must protect the Eye against theives, highwaymen, tyrants and the mysterious Stone Man all while trying to stay true to his moral compass, doing what he can to help those in need without losing his life.
